What does Professional Indemnity Insurance cover?

The policy wording is very wide ranging and will cover both defence costs and damages and such areas of breach of professional duty by reason of any neglect, error or omission, including but not limited to unlawful detection, wrongful entry, eviction or arrest, false imprisonment or malicious prosecution of any person occurring or committed in good faith by the Insured, employee, agent or any other person, firm or company directly appointed by and acting for or on behalf of the Insured.
